Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item, but some items can be ordered individually. Please feel free to contact us first.
How long will the delivery take?
Although it varies depending on the item and quantity, the estimated lead time is approximately 4 to 8 weeks after design confirmation. Please consult us if you are in a hurry.
Can I include original designs such as logos and shop names?
Yes, we can. Please provide us with the data for your logo, family crest, or text.
Please tell me what materials are available.
We work with a variety of materials, including lacquer, paulownia wood, washi paper, dyed cloth, and salmon leather. Please tell us your desired aesthetic and application, and we will suggest the most suitable materials.
Can I see a sample?
We can send you material and finish samples (some may incur a fee). Please let us know when you make an inquiry.
