Yusuke Ota

Born in 1997 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. He started fishing at the age of three, and after graduating from university traveled by bicycle living off the fish he caught, eventually moving to Hokkaido. Encountering products made from tanned salmon skin at an Ainu museum convinced him of the potential of fish leather. He founded the fish leather brand Dear Fish with the desire to bring the beauty of fish skin, as seen in nature, into everyday life.
