Yuki Kawakami
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. She studied textile design in Japan and Finland, and moved to Kiryu in 2015 when she joined Kiryu Seisen Shoji.
Exploring how fashion should confront environmental issues and sustainability, she launched the company's own brand SILKKI. She pours her passion into products that are not disposable, but made to be loved for a long time and ultimately return to nature.
