Yoshihiko Ishikura

Born in Akita Prefecture. After working for 30 years at a magewappa (bentwood) workshop in Odate, he founded Ryobian at the age of 60. Under the concept of "old yet new magewappa," he has developed new products such as baguette containers and bentwood cups, and his work has been featured in various media.
